Ramen Noodles

This is a typical Japanese main course. Each dish has its own distinctive taste and is prepared with the best ingredients. For the ramen noodles you can choose from 2 preparations (Tare): Miso (Japanese fermented bean paste) which creates a creamier, thicker soup, or a Shoyu (soy sauce) base which creates a lighter, clear soup.
